One monthly subscription for the desktop workspace. Translated calls and optional online transcription have separate usage charges.
$0.03 USD per minute (3 cents). A separate charge on the 15th of each month will cover calls made in the previous calendar month.
Connected time counts once for the conversation while both participants are present. It is prorated by the second, with the monthly total rounded to the nearest cent.
Usage billing is not active yet. Usage is recorded for a separate future invoice. The account page shows the rate and billing terms before payment.
$1 USD per hour of recording. Send an English audio or video recording to Deepgram through WhoSaid, with transcription and speaker identification.
The fee is prorated by recording duration: 30 minutes costs $0.50. Review and approve the upload and estimate before each new job. Local CPU/GPU processing remains included in your subscription.

$4.99 USD is billed monthly and renews automatically until cancelled. Cancel in your account under Payment & cancellation before the next renewal to avoid the next subscription charge. Access continues through the period already paid. Phone calls cost $0.03 USD per minute of connected conversation time, billed separately on the 15th for the previous calendar month once usage billing is active. Cancelling does not erase charges for calls already made. Calendar-month call reports use America/Chicago time. Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout.
WhoSaid is a Buggy Works LLC software service. Machine transcripts and translations require review. Obtain required recording and participant consent. Basic drawn signatures do not authenticate identity or provide notarization. Keep your own copies of important files.
