One working surface

Practical tools for the moments that matter.

WhoSaid brings common legal-media tasks together without turning each one into another subscription, browser tab, or disconnected workflow.

Transcription & speaker diarization

Capture compatible Windows system audio and microphone input while you work alongside apps such as Zoom. Transcribe recorded or existing audio and video locally, or choose optional online transcription.

  • Anonymous speaker diarization after recording
  • Transcribe the last recording or choose an existing file
  • Edit transcripts, name speakers, print and save PDF copies

Focused PDF page editor

Preview, reorder, rotate, duplicate, or remove pages, then save a fresh PDF copy without overwriting the original.

  • Clear page-by-page preview
  • Warnings when signature fields are detected
  • Text, drawing, filled rectangles and Bates numbers

Video editor & GIF creator

Set precise trim points, draw timed arrows and circles over key moments, and export an edited MP4 or a compact, palette-optimized GIF.

  • Non-destructive exports
  • Timed visual highlights
  • Provenance sidecar for exported media

Audio calls with translated captions

Invite a client to a private browser call. Hear the original voice and read captions and translations in your selected languages.

  • Client instructions in the selected language

Privacy by placement

Your core files stay where your work happens.

Recording, local CPU/GPU transcription and diarization, PDF editing, and video/GIF processing take place on the user’s Windows computer. You can use these local tools without uploading your working files for processing.

Online when you choose it: Optional Deepgram transcription uploads audio for processing. Translated calls process live speech online, and Sign & Send temporarily hosts a protected signing copy. Each online workflow explains its use of your information.

Remote signing, narrowly scoped

Private access. Encrypted temporary storage. Automatic cleanup.

Sign & Send is designed around a short-lived request rather than a permanent document vault.

  • HTTPS signing pages and private, high-entropy links
  • Separate mandatory eight-digit access code with rate limiting
  • Link tokens and access codes stored only as hashes
  • Client email and PDF content encrypted during active storage
  • Private PDFs have no public bucket address
  • Credential-isolated worker converts uploads to passive image pages

WhoSaid does not authenticate a signer, witness or notarize a signature, issue a certificate or signing audit trail, validate or file a document, or keep permanent signing history.

1

Attorney sends

A finalized PDF, client email, private link, and separate code create a 48-hour request.

2

Client reviews

The client enters the code, views the static PDF, and reads the limitation notice.

3

Client draws

One signature is drawn with a finger, mouse, or stylus and placed on one page.

4

WhoSaid delivers your copies

Completed PDFs are emailed to both sides and downloaded by the app to your signed-PDF folder. Online storage is temporary; keep your local copy.
